C21 OPENS 5 NEW OFFICES IN 5 WEEKS

Century 21 has seen strong growth within its network with the opening of five new offices in the last five weeks! This has extended the C21 presence across NSW, VIC, SA and New Zealand.

Growth has been a key focus for recently appointed CEO, James Bell, who noted that this was just the beginning thanks to a healthy pipeline of additional offices at various stages of onboarding.

"We have seen a lot of interest from industry professionals looking to run their own agency, and the full-service C21 offering has resonated with them" said Mr Bell.

Existing Victorian Principal, Patrick Emini, who has been with the franchise since 2013 servicing the community at Berwick, opened his second office in Narre Warren. The team at Century 21 Property Specialists have 35 years of combined real estate experience and specialise in property sales and rental management in the south east of Melbourne.

Also leveraging their success with Century 21 to expand their business is Principal CJ Setlhong, who recently opened a second office in Kapunda, South Australia. With their two locations, C21 Barossa will continue their dedication to achieving the best results for their valued clients in the Nuriootpa, Angaston, Tanunda, Kapunda and surrounding areas.

Two of the newly opened offices are located in New South Wales. In the west of Sydney, new C21 Principal, Stavros Davelis, will lead Century 21 Davelis & Co team and leverage a decade of experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing to service the Blacktown area.

Mr Davelis aims to elevate the real estate experience in the Blacktown region, believing his experience coupled with the C21 brand's 50-year history and international recognition will allow him to do just that.

"Century 21 is such an iconic brand that all Australians know and love. Combining that with my industry experience and knowledge of the local area will really set us apart from our competition." Mr Davelis said.

Located in Sydney's CBD, Century 21 Projects Australia just opened and will be dedicated to projects and developments across the Australasia region. Principal Martin Liszewski's extensive background within both the finance sector and project marketing is instrumental to their vision to set the benchmark for project marketing.

"Our team of professionals with diverse backgrounds will enable us to deliver tailored solutions with an end-to-end process supported by technology and a relationship-based framework" said Mr Liszewski.

Across the Tasman, a new office located in central Manukau, New Zealand opened in early March. Directors Rupinder Kaur and Surbani Sandhu lead the C21 Fairdeal Realty team and will service some of South Auckland's key residential growth areas and fastest-developing neighbourhoods.

Both directors claimed that it was Century 21's consistent service, creative content, and high-quality marketing that helped them decide which franchise to join.

"When deciding on the brands that best fit the culture we wanted to instil, Century 21 was absolutely right for us. With extremely attractive branding, impressive technology, and the network going from strength to strength, we could not go past C21" noted Mr Sandhu.

Century 21 CEO James Bell was extremely pleased with the growth the C21 brand has already seen this year:

"I would like to congratulate each of our new offices and am confident they will achieve great success. Each new location adds to our growing network and further cements Century 21 as the most recognised real estate brand globally".

In addition to the opening of five new offices in the same number of weeks, there have been a further six that have recently renewed their commitment to the C21 brand, and more new offices to be announced soon; ensuring a fruitful start to 2021.
