C21 welcomes two independent agents to the network

The first of many mobile agents have commenced operating under the Century 21 Ignite program, a new fully supported model for high performing agents wanting to operate their own business without the need for a traditional office shopfront.

Omer Osmani who will operate in Baulkham Hills NSW has over 17 years' experience in real estate, finance, and construction. His approach to real estate is to strive for the best possible result for his vendors and being the kind of agent who stays in constant contact with clients from the beginning of a sale and through to its end.

"The key to my success as a C21 Ignite agent is knowing that the difference between a contact and a contract is the 'R' that stands for Relationship" said Mr Osmani.

Having lived in the region for most of his life, Omer has a sound knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and could not go past Century 21's strong brand, technology and training when choosing which network to join and progress his career with.

"The Century 21 team have been fantastic to deal with and I am really pleased to be part of what seems to be a close-knit group" said Mr Osmani.

Experienced agent Beau Fillmore has also joined the C21 Ignite program and will service Woodridge in Brisbane's Southside. A believer in the importance of earning trust with old-fashioned hard work, Mr Fillmore will leverage the available technology to provide his vendors with results that ensure they become advocates and future referrers.

"My aim is to be one of the most trusted agents in Brisbane by being accountable for what is promised and being relentless with the effort put into every listing" said Mr Fillmore.

This competitive edge comes on the back of being a professional athlete who represented his country, which will now be channelled into real estate.

Supporting Mr Fillmore will be Gabrielle Oltarczy who has nearly a decade of real estate experience in addition to a strong managerial skill that make her a massive asset to the small team.

Mr Filmore complemented the supportive C21 network who "from the very outset has made this transition less challenging, with the team always available to answer any questions we had".

Chairman of Century 21, Charles Tarbey was pleased with the strong level of interest in the Ignite model, with numerous other agents in the process of joining. "It's great to have respected professionals like Omer and Beau choose our network. I'm certain our technology and marketing initiatives will help our other mobile agents win more listings and drive success".

Mr Tarbey described the new offering as "the perfect opportunity for agents to start their own business in a flexible environment while being backed by a consumer facing brand, unlike the other start-up models that buyers and sellers simply do not know".
