Century 21 Again Rated #1 by Australian Consumers

Century 21 has taken out the top spot in Canstar Blue's annual real estate agents review, with Australian consumers rating the brand as number one for the Most Satisfied Customers - Real Estate Renters and Landlords category.

Over 1,350 survey respondents were invited to take part in this year's review, sharing their experiences with some of the biggest real estate businesses in Australia. Century 21 scored five stars across multiple categories. This included communication from the agent, knowledge and advice from the agent, contract handling and overall satisfaction.

This is the second year in a row that Aussies have rated Century 21 as number one, with the brand being awarded Canstar Blue's 2021 Most Satisfied Customers - Real Estate. Topping Canstar Blue's ratings of real estate agents, Century 21 earnt five-star reviews for communication, knowledge and advice, contract handling, and overall satisfaction, being the only real estate agent chain to do so!
