CENTURY 21 EXPANDS INTO EASTWOOD

Century 21 is proud to announce the opening of their newest location in Eastwood, New South Wales.

Century 21 K Realty will be led by Principal Jin Ahn, who brings a highly skilled team of seven with her to service the north-west Sydney suburbs of Eastwood, Macquarie Park, Epping and Rydalmere. Ms Ahn has a depth of experience in residential sales and has worked in the Eastwood area for the past three years.

The new C21 K Realty team has combined industry experience that spans 20 years across residential and commercial sales and management in the Sydney region. With an additional two decades of customer service industry skills, the team are well positioned to expand their existing market share, enabled by the familiar and recognisable Century 21 brand.

Engaging local buyers and sellers will be aided by language proficiency of all members of the Century 21 K Realty team. All are bilingual in English and either Korean or Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) which will help deliver a more personalised service to the community where a sizeable proportion have Chinese or Korean ancestry.*

"Engaging a business with global reach is very important to the buyers and sellers in our market. With the network of 8,880 offices around the globe and a strong presence in China, many of our buyers and sellers recognise and trust the Century 21 brand to give the best advice." said Principal Jin Ahn.

"We are also in a fantastic position to access over 122,000 global sales professionals as part of the network and help our clients buy and sell anywhere. The brand strength and reach has no equal - we are very excited." Ms Ahn continued.

Century 21 CEO James Bell was very pleased with the brand's expanded presence in Eastwood, and warmly welcomed Jin Ahn and her team to the network.

"Jin and her already successful team will be a fantastic asset to Century 21. They join the network with a well-established presence in the area which they will consolidate even further under the Century 21 banner," said Mr Bell.
