CENTURY 21 EXPANDS NETWORK WITH BYRON BAY OPENING

The award-winning Century 21 Plateau Lifestyle Real Estate team are expanding their business with the opening of a second office in Byron Bay. Launching this month as Century 21 Byron Lifestyle, the office is located in the heart of the thriving Byron township.

With over 60 years of combined experience, the new Century 21 Byron Lifestyle team will be led by Licensee-in-charge, Lynette Outerbridge, and is poised to make a big impact in the coastal area.

Business owners, Noel and Lynette Outerbridge look forward to bringing their wealth of expertise to help even more people in the region achieve their property goals. Since commencing his real estate career, Noel has received over 60 industry awards, including seven Centurion Awards recognising him as being in the top 2% of Century 21 sales people worldwide, and three double Centurion Awards placing him in the top 1% of Century 21 sales people globally. His extensive market knowledge and agricultural experience means that he is the preferred agent for many when it is time to buy or sell residential, lifestyle and rural income producing properties.

Having just recommitted to the Century 21 brand for another 10 years in their nearby Alstonville office, they are very aware of what C21 can offer their business to help it grow. Leveraging the fresh and dynamic direction of Century 21, they believe their clients deserve to enjoy the benefits of working with the largest global real estate network.

"When it came to finding the right team to open an office in Byron we didn't give a minute's thought to looking beyond offering the opportunity to Noel and Lynette. They and their team are some of the best in the business with a very solid local presence already," said James Bell, Century 21 Australia CEO.

With this new office opening in Byron Bay, the Outerbridges will strive to provide the same level of customer service excellence that has made them one of the most successful real estate teams in the local district; extending their services from Alstonville and surrounding areas to the Byron coast and hinterland. They will continue to provide the community with a first-class beginning-to-end real estate experience, by bringing world class corporate service with small town authenticity.

"Our family has been part of the local Far North Coast community for well over 100 years. We pride ourselves on having this deep connection to, and understanding of, the diverse property market here. We are local, we know local people and have a lot of goodwill and trust tied to our existing Century 21 Plateau Lifestyle Real Estate business in Alstonville which we will bring to Byron Bay," Mr Outerbridge said.

"Encouraging our existing business owners to take up new opportunities and expand their local presence is a growth strategy we have had great success implementing. Creating stronger teams built around a solid business foundation is how we can best support our network to achieve more success and continue increasing their market share," Mr Bell concluded.
