CENTURY 21 NSW ANNUAL AWARD WINNERS CONSOLIDATING GROWTH THROUGH GREAT SERVICE

The Century 21 Annual Awards recognise excellence in residential sales, property management, office support, leadership and business innovation within the Australian network. This year's third state-based event was held last Saturday at Pier One Sydney Harbour to honour winners from across the New South Wales region for their achievements in 2021.

Consolidating growth through great service was the theme of the evening, so it was fitting that the first acknowledgements went to the eight offices who renewed their business commitment and the seven new offices who joined the network in NSW in 2021.

"In what was an extraordinary year of growth for us, the continual work being done in building a great service-focused network is an achievement for all to be very proud of. As they say "Success attracts success", and we have our franchise teams to thank for leading by example," said Century 21 CEO, James Bell

Nick Stewart, from Century 21 Novocastrian in Newcastle dominated the Top Principal sales awards taking both the awards for volume of sales and gross closed commission in 2021. His office was also named overall Top Office, sweeping the gross closed commission and units based sales awards in New South Wales. The office also took home awards for Excellence in E-business and Best Corporate Image.

George Karasalidis from Century 21 Southern Realty in Wolli Creek, Sydney was recognised as top individual achiever for volume of transactions along with Gary Ward from Century 21 Radar Properties in Turramurra for gross closed commission sales.

Century 21 The Paramount Group in Gregory Hills was Top Office Property Management with Sam Anic from Century 21 The Hills District taking home the award for Top Individual Property Management.

Achieving next level results in their area the team at Century 21 Signature Realty in Nowra deservedly received the Highest Growth Award. Century 21 Southwest Fairfield was given the nod as Top Auction Office with a Golden Gavel accolade.

Establishing a sophisticated social media advertising strategy for property listings, local office marketing and appraisal generation the team at Century 21 Central West Forbes was a stand out for the Top Office Marketing Award, whilst the customer-focused commitment of Kaitlin Steele from this team saw her receive the Quality Service Award.

Century 21 Novocastrian, Century 21 The Hills District and Century 21 Radar Properties were named in the ranks of Top 10 Offices across Australia and New Zealand for gross closed commissions in 2021, with Century 21 Novocastrian also placing within the Top 10 offices for volume of transactions.

Sixteen individual agents were celebrated with Century 21 Masters Program commendations which recognise all-round achievement within the Australasian network.
