DRIVING SUCCESS ON AND OFF THE TRACK

Top-performing real estate agent and car racer aren't the two vocations that usually apply to the same person. However, that is exactly how you would characterise Chris Delfsma, Principal of Century 21 Central Mountains

When not leading his highly successful C21 office, Chris has been busy training for his return to racing. After a four-year hiatus, Chris will return to the sport this weekend as part of the final round of the 2022 Australian Production Cars, brought to you by LIQUI MOLY season at the Bathurst International.

"This will be my first production car race since 2009, after that I went to race in Super3 where I competed until 2018 when I took a step away from all racing," Delfsma explained.

"In the last four years I have just had too much happening personally to fit in any racing, I've been preoccupied with my real estate business and my kids who are at an age that needed me to be very present..Nowadays the kids have their own life which frees me up to race." he said.

Chris combined his two passions, proudly doing up his Ford Mustang race car in the Century 21 brand. In addition to the C21 logo, the car dons the brand's signature colour, relentless gold, which couldn't be more fitting with his return to the racing scene.

Chris is no stranger to success both on and off the track. Over his 22 years with Century 21, the multi-award-winning agent has continuously achieved exceptional results in the Central Mountains real estate market and has attained the coveted Centurion and Double Centurion status on multiple occasions.

James Bell, CEO Century 21 Australasia said, "We wish Chris all the best with his racing return and look forward to seeing the C21 brand on the track"
