INDEPENDENT AGENCY JOINS C21 IN MOUNT GRAVATT

Operating as an independent agency for the last 8 years, Stellario Realty Group has joined the Century 21 network and opened a new office in Mount Gravatt QLD.

Principal Lucky Tennekoon established her independent agency in 2013 to service the Brisbane suburbs of Wishart, Mansfield, Mount Gravatt and surrounding areas.

Specialising in residential property sales, the office prides itself on its exceptional standard of service. Every member of the dedicated team shares passion for achieving great sales results, a deep commitment to their clients, and a true sense of community that extends into regular local and charitable work.

Ms Tennekoon felt that the globally renowned C21 brand was the perfect fit for what is now Century 21 Stellario. The experienced Principal is especially excited for the resources that joining the network affords, notably having access to industry leading support and training at their fingertips.

"I'm very excited that Stellario is joining the Century 21 family. We will continue to provide a personalised boutique service but now have the support of a larger team and a consumer facing brand behind us." Ms Tennekoon said.

Century 21 CEO James Bell was pleased to have the successful independent agency choose to join the C21 network.

"I would like to officially welcome Lucky and her team to the C21 family. Having known Lucky for some time as a competitor when I operated my own real estate agency in the area, I feel privileged that she has entrusted her business with C21 and look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together.": Mr Bell said.

The new office will benefit from Century 21's resource hub, proprietary business management platform eSales and a raft of training such as external coaching programs, C21 University, as well as their recently launched 'Recharge' podcast which aims to provide real estate knowledge and information to their network of affiliates on the go.
