New C21 office brings local property specialists to Noarlunga

Century 21 is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Noarlunga, further expanding the brand's footprint in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia.

The office will be led by multi-industry award winner, Richard Wyatt, whose career spans over 30 years in real estate, with over 15 of those years as the owner operator of multiple market leading agencies.

Joining Richard at C21 Coast to Vines is the powerhouse sales duo, Marg Kneebone and Adam Farrelly.

Born and bred in Southern Adelaide, Marg and Adam's mantra 'live local - sell local' couldn't be more true. The pair are not only accomplished agents, but also specialists in the local property market and know its people well. This, combined with their collective industry experience, has seen the talented sales team achieve many accolades over their real estate careers. Notably the pair achieved a record sales result of over $1.8 million for a property on the esplanade at Port Noarlunga. They have also been recipients of the prestigious globally-recognised Centurion award.

The team's vast experience in all facets of real estate, and deep community roots, enables them to deliver a level of service and results unmatched in South Adelaide's real estate market.

When asked what the office's key to success would be, Mr Wyatt explained his philosophy was simple, "Our focus is on people and their best outcome, not just property. Every client of Century 21 Coast to Vines should enjoy nothing less than a first class experience and exceptional results".

Century 21 CEO James Bell was very pleased with the brand's growing presence in South Adelaide. "I am excited to announce the expansion of our network in South Adelaide. With the team's extensive experience, as well as their relentless drive to deliver superior results for their clients, I have no doubt that C21 Coast to Vines will be yet another high achieving office within our network" said Mr Bell.
