SECOND OFFICE FOR THRIVING REGIONAL PRINCIPAL

Century 21 have opened a brand-new office in the diverse and thriving regional city of Parkes, in Central NSW.

Century 21 Central West in Parkes is the second office for experienced Principal Tara Kelly. From humble beginnings with just one and a half staff members, to now employing eleven staff across both Parkes and Forbes locations, Ms Kelly has seen rapid success under the C21 brand.

"The business has since grown substantially since opening in Forbes in 2019, with an increasing demand to service the nearby regional city of Parkes. So, when the opportunity to purchase a rent roll in Parkes became available it provided the perfect opportunity for a confident business expansion." Ms Kelly said.

Located in the heart of NSW, on the Newell Highway, Parkes has recently experienced a surge of activity in agriculture, mining and transport sectors, driving the growth of real estate in the area.

Ms Kelly and the team at Century 21 Central West have earned a great reputation within the local community. Known for delivering outstanding service and their willingness to go above and beyond, the office proudly embodies the service fundamentals of the C21 brand, evident from the numerus accolades

Century 21 CEO James Bell shared his excitement about the opening of the new office.

"I would like to congratulate Tara Kelly and the team at C21 Central West on the expansion of their business and am confident the business will thrive in their new Parkes location." said Mr Bell.

C21's expansion shows no signs of slowing down with more new locations set to open, as well as office renewals to be announced soon, ensuring a prosperous start to 2022.
