As we now live interstate, We had the task of choosing an agent to sell our biggest asset without ever meeting anyone face to face, a task that was very daunting. Yes, Davin did have the obligatory "sales pitch", as all the agents we spoke to did; but Davins was delivered with friendliness and warmth. Our initial conversations with him were filled with his enthusiasm and boundless energy reverberating down the phone line. This eventually made us feel he was always going to be on our side and represent us alone. It took us a while to decide on an agent, but Davin did not hassle or pressure us at all during the process.
Initially we felt, choosing an agent would be a gamble and toss of a coin; as we were sceptical about what things would be like after we signed on the dotted line. However, Davin did not change or disappoint us in the slightest!
