After an initial two year period at the Century 21 Annandale office in the late 80's. Anthony joined the Carlingford office in 1991, bringing with him a wealth of marketing knowledge & experience which lead to the outstanding award in 1993 for Personal Marketing within the Century 21 organisation.

Once committed to offering service and integrity Anthony became Principal and Licensee in charge of Century 21 Property Central Carlingford in 1995. Within a short time the Carlingford office achieved numerous gratuitious awards for service, commitment, marketing and Auction clearance rates, attributing to the fact that hard work and honesty pays off.

After other industry awards such as Gold, Silver and Bronze recognition Anthony has also made the Ruby Masters club once again attesting to his commitment and dedication.

An active member of the Real Estate Institute-being chairperson since 1995 for the Northern District committee and being responsible for yearly charity auctions raising as much as $20,000 for local schools, charities and hospitals.

Aileen Holden entered the real estate industry in Sydney in 1977 after being involved in the Industry with a Government Department. For the first two years acerage sales was where she excelled before entering the residential market in the Hills and then moving to Carlingford in 1982.

She has a wealth of experience in sales and a strong commitment to her clients displaying honesty, enthusiasm and integrity.

Andrew as Property Manager, is responsible for the smooth running of all procedures involved in the Property Management Department. He is also responsible for all accounting procedures, including disbursing rental monies to you and ensures that your tenant is paying their rent, and water usage on time.

Andrew oversees the running of the property management department and ensures all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the property management aspect are up-to-date and in accordance with the Tenancy Laws. It is very important, as all of our current Landlords will agree, that you, as our valued client, are dealing with the same people every time who know the history of your property.

Andrew is happy to assist you at anytime.

Danielle joined the team at Century 21 Property Central Carlingford as our receptionist, but has quickly progressed to become the newest member of the property management team.

Danielle has recently received her Certificate of Registration and as Property Officer, Danielle is quickly learning all there is to know about the Property Management.

Danielle decided very early that she intended to work in real estate and make it her career, and has worked in the real estate industry in both Sydney and in Queensland.

Danielle is a very enthusiastic and bubbly person who is eager to help you with all your property management needs.

Candice started her Real Estate career with Century 21 Carlingford after completing her Diploma in Property, where she hopes to expand her knowledge in the Property Industry.

Candice supports both the Administration, Property Management and Sales Department with day to day duties as well as looking after the marketing material that goes on throughout the office.
