Dee is a remarkable negotiator and possesses efficiency, knowledge, empathy and a personality that makes her a valued member of this team.

Real Estate is Marinas passion, she has extensive knowledge of the local areas and provides her clients with unmatched service and attention to detail. She has her full Agency License, Certificate II in Motor Vehicle Sales and is completing her Auctioneers License. Marina believes providing an honest and reliable service with straightforward advice is essential to satisfy customers and clients. She has received many awards and accolades for her efforts and is well respected for her achievements.

Marina is a triple member of the Masters club of Century 21 having received a Masters Pin, a Ruby Masters Pin and an Emerald Masters Pin.

In 2006 she received a Silver Award for the 4th quarter.
In 2007 she received a Silver Award for the 1st quarter.
In 2008 she received Silver Awards for the 2nd and 3rd quarters and a Gold Award in the 4th quarter.
In 2009 she received a Silver Award and the # 2 Top Sales Person Award (units) for the 1st quarter, a Platinum Award for the 2nd quarter, a Platinum Award and the # 1 Top Sales Person Award (gross closed commission) for the 3rd quarter, a Platinum Award and the # 1 Top Sales Person Award ( units) for the 4th quarter.

Marina also received the # 1 Top Sales Person Status for 2009 for both units and gross closed commissions. In 2009 she was the only female to receive a Centuriion Award and Pin.

Sandy is dedicated and enthusiastic about her role. She specializes in providing administration support and marketing for our sales consultants, following the progress of every sale from start to finish. She is responsible for the finer, delicate details of contracts and liaises between solicitors to ensure mediation is effortless for all parties. Sandy is a vital foundation for a successful smooth running business.

Nichole's vision is to focus on both Sales and Property Management in Emerald and throughout the Central Highlands. She brings with her 10 years experience in Real estate with many of her client's having first hand knowledge of her hard work, dedication, polite and honest attitude. Nichole is passionate about the industry upfront and honest toward everything realestate.
