I cannot speak highly enough of Rachael and how she has handle this matter, everything from calling on her days off, to contacting me after hours to assist with developments on what was happening, to swiftly arranging repairs to the property as I advise her it was going to take a long time for the property to be assessed by my insurer, Rachael advised me based on the out of pocket costs for booking my tenants into a hotel that we needed to get the repairs done before worrying about the claim and Rachael quickly organised everything to minimise my costs and to save a lot of time and trouble.

"I would just like to say that Rachael Steer is the best property manager we have had for the past 10'ish years.
Most property managers we have experienced, just did the bare minimum and let things slide.
I have noticed that Rachael does not have the words "senior property manager" next to her name (as some we have been assigned did), but she has out performed any property manager that we have had that did have those words next to their name. How someone performs speaks louder than having a title.
I would support her getting a bonus or some sort of recognition, as she is a problem solver, not a problem maintainer."
