Jay and Davin were the obvious choice of agents for Tony and I. We had only ever briefly considered the idea of selling our much loved home with the ideal of being able to purchase our 'forever' home.

However, when Jay and Davin sold our neighbor's adjoining duplex for a record price in such a short time, we knew that they would know the market for our property and possibly, they may even have buyers for a property like ours waiting. Further, the sale price they attained for our neighbor's property meant our 'forever' home was now attainable in our immediate future.

Like kids dreaming on the sofa of 'what our new lifestyle could be' we decided to call Jay Morosi. With both of us working, we were so elated when he made the time to meet with us on the Australia Day public holiday. The ideas and research that Jay and Davin prepared for that meeting, coupled with their professionalism, enthusiasm for and knowledge of selling real estate further sealed our belief in their ability to sell our home for the best possible price.

Both of us can recall the looks of excitement and the sheer joy in the challenge set when we signed with Jay, Davin and Century 21 to sell our house that very first meeting!

And, well. one month to that very day, settlement! A record price and a record settlement time.

Whilst the memory of packing so many boxes so quickly is still very clear in my mind, I look up and out at the ocean view that belongs to Tony and I. We see it every morning from the balcony of our 'forever' home, Tamborine Mountain, Gold Coast hinterland Queensland.
