My wife and I have just sold our townhouse with the most able assistance and support of Davin Tan,
Century 21 West Pennant Hills. Davin was the first and only real estate agent we approached as he had made himself known 3 plus years ago and had occasionally emailed informative market updates.
The number one thing we appreciated during the process was Davin's willingness to come along side us as we worked through the decision making processes to re-tenant or sell, redecorate, style the property for presentation and listing methods to use. At no time was there any pressure where we were coerced to lean one way or another as at all times there was plenty of information shared to enable us to become informed decision makers.

A very close second was Davin's excellent level of communication. Not once did we feel the need to phone as updates were timely and responses we made were acknowledged as received. This is indeed politeness, which we found also very reassuring.

Added to this we needed trades people for painting, plumbing and electrical work. Davin gave us contact details of trades people he knew to be reputable and reliable. Each and every one of them did a quality job at a very competitive rate and we would have no hesitation in using their services again.

The timing of this whole process was a first meeting at the property on Monday 20th July, the first open house on Saturday 22nd August and contracts exchanged on Wednesday 25th August for a very pleasing price.

Davin's involvement through this whole process was over and above our expectations and he displayed integrity in all areas. I would highly recommend him to both sellers and buyers alike...and in case you are wondering, his constant smile truly is genuine!
