Real Estate Agent With Magic In Her Hands!
Michelle is the best real estate agent you could get on the Sunshine Coast or anywhere. She did a fantastic job selling my beachside apartment. She understood my expectations and exceeded them by far! You will ask, how? Well, first she styled the property to contemporary standards, which by the way did not involve any disruption, just a few minor tweaks and prop items, even I was surprised how amazing my property even though I have lived there for years! Then she professionally photographed it using advanced cameras and a drone. The final and most impressive step was the exclusive launching which is based on latest marketing techniques based on buyer psychology. The result? Boom... an onslaught of buyer interest from all four corners of the country. I must say I could not believe my luck by the offers I was getting. I had neighbours who undersold before and after me. This is huge testament to her skills and natural talent. She is the most capable, personable, and yet professional person you will ever meet in the real estate industry. Forget the stereotypes, she is a genuinely good person whom you can be open and honest with just like your family and friends and she will look after your interests as much you would. You will never go wrong with her, take the word of this past seller who has sold other properties in the past.
