A THIRD OFFICE FOR SUCCESSFUL C21 PRINCIPALS

Century 21 have started the year the same way they left off, with the opening of another new office, this one in the Inner Western Sydney suburb of Strathfield.

Experienced directors, Evan Wei and Jimmy Luo commemorate the opening of their third Century 21 office on the back of strong performance within their business. This new office forms part of the pair's expansion plans which also included a doubling of their rent roll.

Century 21 Masterpiece have seen rapid success with their existing offices in Sydney's Lane Cove and Zetland. Within 2 years of opening their initial office in Lane Cove, the business grew their property management portfolio from under 100 properties to more than 900. The sales team also increased from an initial team of 2 to having 10 members who have achieved record sales within their areas if operation.

The new office will consist of 29 experienced property managers and sales associates who aim to deliver exceptional customer service to clients across the thriving Strathfield area.

Selling Principal and licensee-in-charge Evan Kuixiao Wei attributes the professionalism of employees and satisfaction of clients as the key factors for their success in the real estate industry.
