AWARD WINNING HUNTER AGENCY EXPANDS AGAIN FOLLOWING NEW ACQUSITION

One of the Hunter Valley's largest real estate groups has expanded once more, completing the full acquisition of neighbouring agency Century 21 Aaron Walter.

The move marks Century 21 Novocastrian's second agency acquisition in just three years, consolidating its position as a leading force across the Newcastle and Hunter property markets.

The vast majority of staff have been retained through the transition, with the combined team now numbering 36 professionals servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the wider Hunter region.

Century 21 Novocastrian Principal, Casey Healey, said the acquisition reflects the business's commitment to growth at a pivotal time for the region.

"The Hunter is Australia's largest regional economy and is undergoing enormous change. We're seeing more people relocating here, along with growing investor activity. This acquisition not only expands our property management business, but also brings in talented staff who are already trained in Century 21 systems – meaning they can hit the ground running," Casey Healey said.

"I believe the businesses are stronger together, and our expanded workforce gives us the capacity to meet rising demand."

Century 21 Novocastrian has a strong record of success. In recent years the business has won Property Management Agency of the Year from both Real Estate Business and the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.

Earlier this year, the agency also welcomed industry leader Greg Oddy – former State Manager of REA Group – to its team, bringing more than 25 years of experience.

"We have been very fortunate to enjoy strong new and repeat business. Our team, backed by a strong global brand, deserves the credit for this," Casey Healey said.

"Our focus will be to continue to invest heavily into our staff and service offering knowing that doing so leads to fantastic outcomes for our clients. We expect to add further talented and experienced agents and property managers this year.

"This acquisition was several months in the making and I am delighted that it is now completed. I am extremely proud of the reputation our business has built and hope we can play a small supporting role in the future growth of the Hunter," Casey Healey said.

Century 21 Novocastrian has built a reputation as one of the region's most successful and trusted real estate agencies, servicing the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and wider Hunter markets across both residential sales and property management. Formed through the merger of the long-standing Newcastle and Charlestown offices, the agency combines deep local knowledge with national brand strength.

Century 21 is a global real estate leader with nearly 130,000 independent sales professionals across 79 countries, and the largest residential real estate network in the Asia-Pacific region.
