C21 Implements AI Technology Across Their Entire Network

Century 21 has announced that it will roll out the RiTA (by AiRE) technology to its entire network at no cost to offices for the first 6 months.

RiTA is a lead generation and nurturing robot that helps real estate professionals generate more listings from their database using artificial intelligence and automation. Through the recently built Open API, C21 will seamlessly integrate eSales, its business management platform, with RiTA where she will identify opportunities and commence hyper-personalised and automated two-way SMS conversations. RiTA will qualify leads and update eSales via a deep API integration.

The announcement was made by Century 21 CEO James Bell at the 2021 Convention and was received with resounding positivity.

"I am extremely excited about the rollout of the RiTA technology which will not only help our network generate new business but also demonstrates our commitment to introducing technology that provides our offices with the opportunity to increase performance in a growingly competitive market," said Mr Bell.

"By offering RiTA to every C21 office at no charge for the first 6 months, it ensures they have the opportunity to trial and ultimately benefit from this ground-breaking technology".

CEO and Founder of AiRE Ian Campbell welcomed the announcement by Century 21, saying "it is decisive and deliberate leadership from the Century 21 corporate team to deliver on their remit to provide more buyer, seller and landlord leads to their franchisees while implementing next-generation tooling like RiTA".

"Shifting the needle on productivity by leveraging the capabilities of RiTA, with the data asset in eSales and third-party data sources, enables Century 21 agents to know more about their customers and position themselves to win more listings, and sell more homes with no additional investment in resources," continued Mr Campbell.

This year the brand has already released numerous tech-based innovations. The Open API that C21 developed has been leveraged to link their proprietary business platform, eSales, to the third-party applications like Realtair's Pitch and Sign products, Before You Bid and CampaignAgent.

Additionally, the brand launched their QR Code Open Home check-in that enables attendees to self-check-in prior to entering a property using their camera on their phone. This brings a raft of benefits including easy access to property related documents to potential buyers, removing the need for agents to manually enter data, and feeding the content automatically into the CRM.

These pioneering projects complement Century 21's suite of platforms and resources already available, such as the marketing resource hub and online university, helping the network to achieve superior results both in their business and for their clients.
