C21 launches multi-channel digital campaign

Year on year the C21 brand invests heavily in large format media which is what contributes to our successful consumer recognition. As our partnership with Home Beautiful and the Bauer Media Group continues we are set to launch a cross-platform lead generation campaign that is locally targeted to where our existing offices operate. This campaign allows all C21 affiliates to have leads driven directly to their CRM desktop (sales, rental, and recruitment).

The campaign utilises our existing database as well as tapping into 2nd and 3rd party data across multiple sources to segment likely listers into 3 categories; Upsizers, downsizers and retirees. Further to this, a separate B2B strategy will be running simultaneously to attract salespeople to existing offices as the brand supports the recruitment drives running from a local level.

The ultimate goal? Generating activity for our existing affiliates as well as our new business owners.

The digital channels utilised throughout this campaign will allow all affiliates to benefit from the ongoing investment which in turn will aid heavily in their prospecting efforts during and following on from the COVID19 pandemic.

The campaign is set to launch in October 2020 and will continue to support the C21 large-format strategy for the foreseeable future.
