FURTHER C21 EXPANSION WITH NEW OFFICE IN MASCOT

Century 21 is proud to announce the opening of their newest office C21 Bayside Mascot.

Experienced agent David To will operate the new agency which will be located in the inner-south of Sydney and service the Mascot area.

Mr To commenced his real estate career with Century 21 in 2010 so is well versed on the power of the globally recognised brand to drive leads and make listing conversations easier. He has over a decade of experience in sales and marketing across real estate and property services; and knowledge of all facets of real estate including commercial, residential sales, construction and project marketing.

In addition to his real estate know-how, Mr To is also a registered Justice of the Peace and multi-linguist, being able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Cambodian. Such a skill set has afforded him the opportunity to work with clients on both a local and international level.

With an educational background in Psychology, Philosophy and Linguistics, Mr To has been able to develop a sharp ability to assess and understand his clients' objectives and systematically adapt to various scenarios to ensure these are always met.

In his return to C21, Mr To said "I am extremely excited to be back with the Century 21 brand and look forward to applying my mantra of 'people first, property second' in the service we provide to the Mascot community."

Century 21 CEO James Bell is thrilled about the opening of this new office and the return of Mr To in his new capacity as a Principal.

"I welcome David back to the Century 21 network with open arms. His experience, diligence and passion for the industry will undoubtedly spearhead the new Mascot office's success," Mr Bell said.

The new office will benefit from the continued partnership that Century 21 have with ARE Media across the Home Beautiful magazine and digital platforms. With the majority of that audience owning or paying off their own home, having ownership in sight or looking to invest, the initiative not only showcases C21 properties to consumers with an interest in property but also generates strong buyer and seller leads for the network.
