NEW C21 PRINCIPALS OPEN SECOND OFFICE

Century 21 is excited to announce experienced Principals Kalin Nikolov and Penny Callanan have opened their second Century 21 Prime office in St Kilda, Victoria.

The two experienced Principals recently joined the brand, opening their first office in Berwick Victoria only a couple of weeks ago. This new office will service St Kilda and surrounding areas.

Kalin Nikolov, who is an accomplished selling agent, auctioneer, and business owner, will be the CEO of Century 21 Prime, and will be focused on growth, performance, recruitment, and training. Meanwhile, Principal Penny Callanan brings a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial sales, project marketing, and property management.

Whilst already a multi-office group, Century 21 Prime still has expansion in its sights, expressing that Century 21 gives them the best opportunity to achieve this without compromising their high level of service and customer care.

"We joined Century 21 as we felt it was a brand that portrayed pride and forward vision. Not only are we looking to continue to grow our existing operations but to also expand with new offices. The scale and scope of Century 21, in conjunction with their marketing, training, technology, and support, is what we needed to achieve this."

Century 21 CEO James Bell expressed his excitement about the new addition to the C21 Victorian network.

"Congratulations to Kalin and Penny on the opening of their second office. I have no doubt that with their extensive experience and strong work ethic, combined with the resources and support that Century 21 provides, the team will achieve great success." Mr Bell said.

The new opening coincides with Century 21's recently launched national television campaign, which embodies the brand's commitment to excellence and helping clients achieve the best possible results.

Century 21 is a global real estate brand, with a presence in over 87 countries, and is the largest real estate organisation in the Asia Pacific, a region vital to Australia's continued economic success.
