SUCCESSFUL C21 PRINCIPALS OPEN THIRD OFFICE

Century 21 is proud to announce the opening of their newest office Century 21 NorthEast. Led by experienced principals, Shelley and Tony Bezuidenhout, the office will be their third under the C21 brand.

The dedicated team at Century 21 NorthEast will service clients within South Australia's Northfield and surrounding areas.

Despite the challenges of the global pandemic, the experienced husband and wife team believe there has not been a better time to expand within South Australia where the state is experiencing its fastest growth in population.

"South Australia's net interstate migration is at its highest level in almost 30 years. Fewer young people are leaving the state to seek job prospects elsewhere and new home building approvals are high," said Mr Bezuidenhout.

With the Southern Coast of Adelaide and its CBD already serviced by the Principals first two offices; the pair believe the thriving north east presents the best opportunity for their operational expansion. With significant developments and major economic investments underway, it is a desirable and growing area that shows no signs of slowing down.

"We plan to fill the current gap in the local market, offering the community a refreshing take on the historically rigid real estate experience," said Mrs Bezuidenhout. Already a part of the Century 21 brand, Mrs Bezuidenhout was full of praise for the network and its people and said there was no doubt about further partnering with C21 for their new venture.
