The Century 21 Annual Awards recognise excellence in residential sales, property management, office support, leadership and business innovation within the Australasian network. This year's second state-based event was held last Saturday at the Emporium Hotel Southbank in Brisbane to honour winners from across the Queensland region for their achievements in 2021.
Damien Said, from Century 21 On Duporth in Maroochydore dominated the Top Principal sales awards, having also recently been recognised in REB Top 50 Agents 2022 for QLD. His office and team members were winners across a number of award categories.
Ed Hollingworth from Century 21 At the Pier in Hervey Bay was recognised on an individual level for volume of transactions along with Adam Watts from Century 21 Conolly Hay Group in Noosa for commission-based sales success.
Century 21 Platinum Agents in Gympie was named overall Top Office, sweeping the commission and units based sales awards in Queensland. The office was recognised as the #1 Century 21 office in Australasia for commission-based sales last year, with Century 21 Conolly Hay Group and Century 21 On Duporth joining them in the ranks of Top 10 Offices across Australia and New Zealand.

Joining the network in 2021, Century 21 Josie Smith & Co in Ipswich took out the Best Corporate Image award in the Marketing Category. Tapping into the tech-driven demographic that they service, the team have embraced the slick, refreshed Century 21 brand appeal to raise their profile in one of Queensland's fastest growing cities.
Thirty individual agents were celebrated with Masters Program commendations with Paul Downman from Century 21 Platinum Agents in Gympie recognised for his consistent high-attainment with a Life Masters Award. Twenty-seven individuals and five offices were acknowledged as prestigious Centurion award recipients.
