CENTURY 21 VIC/TAS ANNUAL AWARD WINNERS CONFIDENT OF CONTINUED SUCCESS

The Century 21 Annual Awards recognise excellence in residential sales, property management, office support, leadership and business innovation within the Australian network. This year's final state-based event was held last Saturday at Zinc in Federation Square in Melbourne to honour winners from across the Victoria and Tasmanian regions for their achievements in 2021.

As industry focus turns towards the changing landscape, interest rate rises, and the impact this may have over the remainder of 2022, sentiment was high amongst the Century 21 Victoria and Tasmania teams celebrating the 2021 achievements of their peers.

With solid business plans and a focus on delivering great service, all in attendance were confident of continued success in helping clients navigate their property journey in a changing environment.

Andrew Lochhead from the Century 21 Rich River Real Estate team in Echuca dominated the Top Principal sales awards across both volume of sales and gross closed commissions in 2021. His office was also named overall Top Office in the Vic/Tas region, taking home a collection of awards including Excellence in Marketing, Best Corporate Image and Excellence in E-business.

Century 21 Paramount Realtors in Tarneit took full command of the property management category with the office awarded the Top Property Management Office for the region. Thomas Tay was recognised for his individual achievement, as were team members Bilal Khan and Vikrant Kumar who were acknowledged as Rookie of the Year and Quality Service Award winner respectively.

Century 21 Reach in Balwyn were a stand-out in the Auction category taking home both the Top Auction Office and respected Golden Gavel Award on the night. Whilst Century 21 South Eastern in Pakenham commanded their market in a highly competitive area and walked away with the Highest Growth Office award.

Thuy Nguyen and Cheryl Tran from Century 21 Theresa Huynh were recognised for their team service skills with Recognition and Personal/Sales Assistant awards.

Josh Wilson enjoyed a clean sweep of the sales agent awards across the region, recognised as top individual achiever for both volume of transactions and commission sales in 2021.

Ten individual agents were celebrated with Century 21 Masters Program commendations which recognise all-round achievement within the Australasian network. Eleven high-achievers received prestigious globally-recognised Centurion awards.

Century 21 Rich River Real Estate was also placed within the Top 10 offices for volume of transactions in 2021 across Australia and New Zealand. Rhonda Marshall was awarded for her exceptional office administration in managing this high-performance team.

"We see with our Victorian offices how great teamwork across the entire business helps elevate individuals and the whole office to high standards benefits everyone in the team. Andrew is setting a fantastic example with his team to the whole region, leading the way to implement great culture and practices which ultimately delivers greater customer satisfaction and success for the business" said Century 21 CEO, James Bell.
