CENTURY 21 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN ANNUAL AWARD WINNERS COMMANDING ATTENTION IN THEIR MARKETS

The Century 21 Annual Awards recognise excellence in residential sales, property management, office support, leadership and business innovation within the Australian network. This year's fourth state-based event was held last Saturday at Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo to honour winners from across the South Australia region for their achievements in 2021.

With the largest gathering across the network to date, the Century 21 South Australian family were excited to celebrate, coincidentally, on a monumental evening for the entire country – Election Night 2022! There was, however, no significant change in tide for our winners as high-performing individuals and strong teams who relentlessly pursued business excellence were celebrated amongst their peers.

Greg Nybo, from Century 21 Property People in South Salisbury dominated the Top Principal sales awards taking both the awards for volume of sales and gross closed commission in 2021. His office was also named overall Top Office, sweeping the commission and unit based sales awards in South Australia.

Shelby Pryor was the stand-out sales agent across the region. Hailing from the NSW border office of Century 21 McLeods Broken Hill, Ms Pryor was recognised as top individual achiever for both volume of transactions and commission sales in 2021. She also received the states Recognition Award along with nominations in a number of other award categories.

"I am really excited to see Shelby taking these awards home with her to Broken Hill. It's a fabulous achievement. From her beginnings as office receptionist in 2015, then moving to a sales role in 2019, she is a great example of the kind of career trajectory and success that can be accomplished within the C21 network. Her commitment to client service is exceptional," said Century 21 CEO, James Bell.

Renewing with the network and opening an additional office in Kapunda in 2021 saw the team at Century 21 Barossa deservedly receive the Highest Growth Award. The group also took home awards for Excellence in Marketing and e-Business.

Century 21 Property People was named #2 amongst all offices across Australia and New Zealand for volume of transactions in 2021, and also placed within the Top 10 offices for commissions earned.

Fifteen individual agents were celebrated with Century 21 Masters Program commendations which recognise all-round achievement within the Australasian network. Eleven high-achievers received prestigious globally-recognised Centurion awards, including Double Centurion, Jarrah Holmes from Century 21 Bayside Brighton, and Grand Centurion, Greg Nybo from Century 21 Property People.

"Our South Australian teams knocked it out of the park in 2021. Strong leadership, well-supported systems and great teamwork are seeing our network succeed and grow in the very favourably conditions in the SA market. I know our offices are well placed to continue to make great strides forward throughout the rest of 2022," concluded Century 21 CEO, James Bell.
