VIC & TAS ACCOMPLISHMENTS RECOGNISED AT THE CENTURY 21 ANNUAL AWARDS

Century 21's Victoria and Tasmania network came together on Saturday night for the 2020 Annual Awards. There was much to celebrate with the network achieving many outstanding accomplishments.

C21 Wyndham City from Tarneit were deservedly awarded the Highest Growth award that recognised their outstanding growth (+124%) over the previous year.

Taking out both the Golden Gavel and Top Auction Office awards was C21 Property Group Clayton. These awards recognised the highest number of auctions, as well as the highest number of auctions sold under the hammer.

Andrew Lochhead, Principal of C21 Rich River Real Estate Echuca, was named Top Principal of the Year in both gross closed commission (GCC) and unit awards, with C21 Rich River Real Estate also winning the 'Top Office' award in the GCC category and units count.

Despite challenges of 2020, agents Con Stefanidis, Beau Lyon, Josh Wilson and Andrew Lochhead exceled to achieve the esteemed Centurion status. This internationally recognised status is the most prestigious sales award available in the global Century 21 network and places these agents in the top 2% globally.

Betty Ninas, Century 21 State Manager for VIC/TAS said, "The awards night was a great opportunity to connect and celebrate the outstanding results the Victoria and Tasmania network achieved last year."

Century 21 places great focus on celebrating the achievements of its members at all levels, acknowledging the important role such an awards program plats to inspire team members to greater heights.

Award winners are recognised in front of their peers on a local/regional and national stage, with those achieving Centurion status promoted internationally and invited to attend the Annual International Convention in the USA.
